Job description

Skilled Trades Partners is looking for a friendly, professional Phone Receptionist to join our team in Newington, NH.

You'll be the first point of contact for callers and will answer incoming calls for our companies, determine who the caller needs to speak with, and direct the call to the appropriate person or department.

No construction experience is required. We're looking for someone who is well-spoken, friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with people over the phone.

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify the purpose of each call and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
  • Take accurate messages when needed
  • Provide basic information to callers
  • Maintain a helpful and professional tone with every caller
  • Assist with general office and communication tasks as needed
