YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. Hours are 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility depending on job requirements.


YOUR DAY

As our Tree Crew Leader - General Foreman, you'll start your day by organizing tasks and ensuring your crew is prepared for success. You'll lead by example, climbing trees to perform expert-level trimming and removal services while prioritizing safety and efficiency. You'll communicate with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Throughout the day, you'll train and mentor your crew, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. You'll also oversee equipment maintenance and enforce safety protocols to ensure every job is completed to the highest standards.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're looking for a detail-oriented, safety-focused professional with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to excellence. We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience on a tree crew
  • 2+ years of experience as a Foreman
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Being an ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus!
