  • Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them.
  • Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support.
  • Resolve or report on residents’ needs or problems.
  • Pass medications and perform treatments.
  • Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services. Enter orders and perform assessments.
  • Treat medical emergencies
  • Follow care regulations and standards.
  • Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

  • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge

Education and Experience:

  • Current Ohio LPN license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • 1 Year of Experience as a LPN in a LTC facility (Required)
  • IV Certification preferred.
  • Must have a strong clinical background.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
