Outside Loader
Pay: $17.00
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Hammond, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Outside Loader for our industrial client at Wolf Lake Industrial Center in Portage, IN to start on 06/08/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Follow company operating and safety procedures
  • Perform visual inspections of tank wagons, tank cars, and containers prior to loading
  • Load and unload products using hoses, pumps, and filters for shipping and storage
  • Conduct heating and steaming operations for product transfer
  • Gauge and temperature storage tanks, read tank charts, and convert gauges to inventory data
  • Operate heavy equipment such as pay loaders, Bobcats, and manlifts
  • Perform general site maintenance and promote good housekeeping
  • Assist with rail switching duties and customer product handling
  • Support the Food Safety Team and internal audits

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Hazardous Communication and Hazmat Training
  • 24-hour HAZWOPER certification and D.O.T. awareness
  • Understanding of product quality and food safety policies
