Bartender
Osage View is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be expected to provide exceptional service to our patrons from the main bar, back patio and swim up bar. You are responsible for mixing and serving a variety of beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Work schedule will consist of days, evenings and weekends.
Rate of pay is $12/hour plus tips!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Skillfully prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, garnishes, and presentation.
  • Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Take orders, provide recommendations, and offer attentive service to meet customer needs.
  • Craft unique and signature cocktails, keeping up with the latest trends and customer preferences.
  • Use creativity to design new drinks and update the bar menu with fresh offerings.
  • Provide guests with an enjoyable and engaging bar experience, offering personalized service and building positive rapport.
  • Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about drinks and menu items.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste and restock supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
