By working with System Pavers, you'll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple jobs sites.
  • Manage multiple crews.
  • Crew recruitment.
  • Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
  • Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
  • Daily updates upon job site inspections.
  • Change orders and "up selling".

Requirements
Experience & Skills:
  • 2 years hospitality experience
  • Comfortable with basic geometry and math
  • Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews ok.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Positive "can do" attitude is critical.
  • Valid driver's license meeting company insurance guidelines.
  • A background check will be conducted for this position.
