Job description

Summary:
Delivers individualized fitness and wellness programs to facility users, including evaluating their fitness needs and developing tailored exercise plans to help them reach their personal goals. Creates and administers physical improvement routines for individuals or small groups, as well as for those with specific health conditions and community wellness initiatives. Supports additional facility operations, such as overseeing the fitness area, leading educational classes, ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained, enforcing policies, organizing incentive activities, managing towel supplies, and handling member file administration to uphold outstanding customer service. Conducts personal training sessions with both members and guests, consistently meeting established monthly session goals. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to exercise for individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults. Takes on extra responsibilities and projects as required.
