KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fabrication of small and large Channel Letters
• Perform quality, accurate, and timely work
• Welding aluminum components and subcomponents
• Operate use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place
• Weld aluminum utilizing a Mig welder and spool gun
• Lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of your shop area.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or sign fabrication(preferred).
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Read, write, and speak English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Welding Certification preferred
• Others as deemed required by company to be safe for your role
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Will be required to stand for the majority of workday
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers
