• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to best meet client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic frameworks.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, following all ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated, client-centered care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to seek the support they need.
• Stay informed on evolving best practices and advancements in mental health therapy through continuous training and development opportunities.

You will work with a diverse range of clients requiring various levels of care, from young adults tackling transitional life challenges to families dealing with profound emotional distress. Our center prides itself on catering to underserved populations, recognizing the unique cultural and socioeconomic factors influencing mental health. By fostering a trusting environment, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys, focusing on their strengths and resilience.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities to evaluate client needs effectively.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively while contributing to team goals.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms, with adaptability to various digital tools.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Interest in community advocacy and engagement initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
