Position Overview

New Pattern Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, enabling clients to address their mental health challenges and work towards personal growth and resilience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to best meet client needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, following all ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated, client-centered care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to seek the support they need.
  • Stay informed on evolving best practices and advancements in mental health therapy through continuous training and development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients requiring various levels of care, from young adults tackling transitional life challenges to families dealing with profound emotional distress. Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
