Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architectural decisions, shape future-state application roadmaps, and guide the modernization of our enterprise technology landscape. This individual will collaborate closely with business partners, technical leaders, and engineering teams to design scalable, extensible, and secure enterprise solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in evaluating emerging technologies, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring that our solutions align with business strategy, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who excels at both strategy and hands-on architectural leadership.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Architecture & Road mapping
  • Create and maintain enterprise-wide strategic roadmaps and architecture blueprints.
  • Analyze the current IT landscape and define future-state architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools; provide recommendations and proofs of concept.
Architecture Governance
  • Establish and enforce architecture policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead governance processes for technology decisions and solution reviews.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and project teams.
  • Drive the design and delivery of API-driven solutions, middleware modernization, and cloud-aligned architectures.
  • Develop and promote reusable frameworks, automation, and scalable design patterns.
Digital Modernization
  • Execute modernization initiatives including API delivery and cloud platform integration.
  • Guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, support UAT, and ensure smooth implementation.

QualificationsRequired Experience
  • 10+ years of technical solutions experience in enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years in an Enterprise Architecture role (data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, or application architecture).
  • Strong expertise in architecture frameworks — TOGAF certification or working knowledge required.
  • Proven track record in defining architectural standards and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
    • Systems engineering and enterprise solution architecture
    • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
    • Integration patterns and modern API architectures
  • Experience with:
    • Java-based applications
    • Modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
    • Microservices & distributed systems
    • Middleware and API delivery
  • Hands-on experience evaluating new tools, building prototypes, and driving technical decision-making.
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Education
