Scalence L.L.C. is a company seeking a Business Solution Architect for a contract role. The primary responsibilities include solution design, architecture documentation, and system interaction design, focusing on software development and integration.

• Up Front analysis design oriented activates.
• Disseminating architecture into low level designs inside the delivery cruise.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Requirements analysis & solution scoping (translate business goals into clear functional + non‐functional requirements; define scope boundaries and assumptions).
• Solution design using standards & governance (produce designs that align to architecture vision/principles/standards; prepare for architecture council review and compliance).
• Architecture documentation & artifacts (create/maintain architecture deliverables using required templates/boilerplate; ensure completeness before review).
• Process & workflow modeling (model business and system workflows; identify handoffs, failure points, and optimization opportunities)
• System interaction + integration design (conceptual) (understand system interactions and data flows; design integrations across apps and services).
• API / event / file integration literacy (ability to reason about integration options such as APIs, file sharing, and streaming/eventing; capture interface requirements and constraints).
• Omni‐channel experience awareness (customer + employee) (design with both customer-facing and employee-facing channel needs in mind; consider branch/care center and digital channels).
• Tool proficiency for architecture intake & governance workflow.
