Job description

Under the Supervision of the Patient Transport Supervisor, Patient Transport Lead and Dispatcher, the Transporter is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation and/or escort of patients and other miscellaneous items, following department policies and procedures. Transporter will also be responsible for patient companions/sitter by providing a safe environment for the patient.

Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred)

License/Certification: BLS (required within 30 days)

Experience: Customer service experience (preferred)
