Job Description

Chairside Assisting: Provide dynamic four-handed dentistry assistance during routine cleanings, orthodontic adjustments, and complex dental implant surgeries.
Patient Care & Comfort: Welcome patients, prepare them for treatments, and deliver compassionate pre-and-post-operative care instructions to ensure an exceptional clinical experience.
Clinical Preparation: Set up treatment rooms (operatories), sterilize dental instruments in strict compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines, and manage digital dental radiography (X-rays).
Administrative Support: Assist with digital charting, maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR), and coordinating laboratory cases.
Dual-Location Mobility (For Full-Time Role): Seamlessly transition between our specialized clinical hubs to provide consistent care to our expanding patient base.

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $20 per hour

Shift & Schedule

We offer excellent flexibility with both Full-Time and Part-Time paths available.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: Arcadia Clinic Location (10 E. Huntington Dr., Arcadia, CA)
Tuesday & Thursday: Diamond Bar Clinic Location (724 N. Diamond Bar Blvd., Diamond Bar, CA)
Scheduling Note: Full-time team members will split their week between both the Arcadia and Diamond Bar offices. Part-time schedules are highly flexible and can be customized based on your weekly availability.

Requirements
  • Basic life support
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Experience: Prior experience as a dental assistant is highly preferred, but we are enthusiastically open to training promising new grads!
Licensure/Certifications: Must possess a valid California state dental assisting license or relevant certifications (e.g., Radiation Safety/X-ray certification, Coronal Polishing, and CPR/BLS).
Skills: Strong communication skills, a high level of manual dexterity, and a warm, empathetic patient manner.
Travel: Reliable transportation to travel to our Arcadia and Diamond Bar location for the full-time track.
