Full-Time Patient Service Representative

Thornton, CO 80241

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

What You'll Do
  • Greet and check patients in and out
  • Schedule imaging appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Verify insurance and assist with authorizations
  • Enter and update patient information accurately
  • Communicate with the billing team as needed
  • Process medical records and other office paperwork
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and referring offices
