Position Summary
The Lead Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. This position oversees frontdesk and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in healthcare administrative processes, especially in mobile or communitybased care environments.

Key Responsibilities•     Ensure accurate and efficient patient registration and intake
•     Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
•     Collect copays and maintain accurate financial documentation
•     Schedule patient appointments and coordinate mobile service logistics
•     Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company protocols
•     Communicate professionally with patients, families, and facility partners

  • Previous experience as a Patient Service Representative or similar healthcare administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling, and patient intake processes
