- Experience: 3 to 5 years in mission-critical or data center construction involving complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 to 7 years of related experience including at least 2 years in safety or field supervision over electrical, mechanical, or heavy equipment trades.
- Safety Expertise: Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, NESC, ANSI, and industry best practices for large-scale, critical construction projects.
- Skills: Strong communication and influencing abilities, the capacity to work independently, proven experience in root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and team mentorship.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
