Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Sr. Patient Care Coordinator for our client in Gresham, OR 97030. This is a 6-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Sr. Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Gresham, OR 97030
Duration: 6 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: 8 hours Days.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate patient registration, scheduling, and admissions.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Track referrals to specialists and physical therapy.
  • Collect patient, employer, and insurance information accurately.
  • Explain financial responsibilities, collect deposits, and establish payment plans.
  • Maintain confidential patient records and process correspondence.
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with reports, special projects, and front office workflow.
  • Train and support new staff as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant patient registration, scheduling, or medical office experience preferred.

  • Experience working in an outpatient healthcare setting is preferred.
  • EPIC experience is highly preferred.
