Patient Care Coordinator - Hearing Care Clinic (Meridian, MS)

Full-Time Position

We have an opening at Beltone hearing care clinic in Meridian and are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to help us continue growing our practice.

This role is the heartbeat of our clinic. You'll be the first impression for our patients and a key driver of appointment flow, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.

What You'll Do

Greet patients and create a warm, professional experience

Schedule hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups

Answer phones and convert inquiries into booked appointments

Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

Handle patient intake paperwork and basic administrative tasks

Support providers with patient flow and coordination

Make follow-up calls to undecided or inactive patients

Help grow referrals and community awareness

You won't be selling hearing aids - but your work directly supports clinic success.
