Job Description

Responsible for the assembly and delivery of  patient meals. Duties include preparing and delivery of patient trays, cleaning & warewashing, organizing and stocking supplies and other duties assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Must be willing to acquire the Food Handler's Certification.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and HACCP regulations.
  • Knowledge of industrial food service equipment.
  • Customer service experience preferable in the food service industry
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with volunteers and patients, both verbal and written.
  • Position requires long periods of standing, repetitive actions, and significant amounts of bending and lifting.
  • Satisfactory employment and attendance record

The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.


Additional Information

Status: Temporary Full Time (3 months)

Hours: Monday to Sunday - 8 hour shifts (hours are subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary: $27.100 to $27.620 per hour
