STATUS: PRN

SCHEDULE: Weekends (Friday 5pm- Monday 8am)

Job Summary As a On-call RN at Aegis Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. Your compassionate approach will ensure comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments and your friendly and supportive demeanor will actively engage patients, families, and the rest of our Interdisciplinary Group in developing comprehensive care strategies and plans. With your attention to detail, you will efficiently coordinate patient care delivery, manage resources, and maintain meticulous patient records. Your positive collaboration with other team members, patients, and their families, and proactive initiation of referrals will create a holistic care experience.   • Ability to utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
