Job Description: The Facility Bus Driver is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, materials, or passengers within a transportation system. This includes ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of shipments or transportation services.
About Us: Brooke Knoll Village is a skilled nursing facility located in Avon, Indiana. Brooke Knoll Village is seeking a Facility Bus Driver to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care for our residents.
About the Role: Brooke Knoll Village is seeking a Facility Bus Driver-
  • To maintain preventive vehicle maintenance
  • To complete all appropriate paperwork on a timely basis
  • To keep open communications with Social Service regarding scheduled appointments and scheduled changes.
  • To maintain residence safety according to company policy during transport.
  • To communicate any medical information obtained during resident's appointment to Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and/or charge nurse.
  • To complete other necessary duties as assigned as time allows

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must possess a valid driver license.
  • Must have an excellent driving record.
  • Experience preferred with driving large vehicles, such as vans or small buses.
  • Knowledge of laws regarding passenger safety.
  • CNA highly preferred
