Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.
  • Assist families in obtaining appropriate AAC devices.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
  • Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
  • Timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid state licensure (or eligible for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • At least 3 years of pediatric experience with strong clinical skills and a passion for feeding therapy and AAC
  • Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
