Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,638.36 per week

Location: Denver, CO; Onsite – School Setting

Position Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will support students within a school-based setting by providing speech and language services in accordance with educational guidelines, clinical standards, and individualized student needs. This role works closely with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to help improve communication skills and support academic success. At RCM Healthcare Services, we connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Responsibilities Schedule / Shift
  • Shift details: Days
  • Hours per week: 35–40
  • Contract length: 42 weeks
Key Duties
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Complete evaluations, assessments, and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements Education
  • Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of Colorado
Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a school or related setting preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and remain professional during times of stress and change
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
