Clinical Fellow - Speech Language Pathologist

Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $68.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking school-based Clinical Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologists (CFY-SLPs) and licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in the Denver, Colorado area. This role involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and student support within school settings. Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates completing their fellowship year. Responsibilities

• Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
  • Hours per week: Full-time hours based on school assignment
  • Contract length: 2026–2027 school year

• Key Duties:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
  • Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and educational plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
  • Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year reports as required
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress

Requirements

• Education

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

• Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Clinical Fellows (CFY-SLPs) encouraged to apply

Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within school-based environments
  • Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and student evaluations
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with educational standards
