We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our bustling outpatient practice at our comprehensive Cancer Center. This role offers a 4.5-day work week and is situated in a welcoming environment designed with patient comfort in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a supportive team of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and aspirates, manage patients undergoing active treatment, and conduct follow-up appointments.
- Participate in weekly tumor boards alongside on-site specialists from various fields including Pathology, Radiology, General Surgery, and more.
- Engage with a range of support staff, including dietitians, nurse navigators, physical therapists, clinical pharmacists, and financial counselors.

- No on-call duties, with a 24/7 Hospitalist team managing most inpatient responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $114,121 for those with 0-2 years of experience, and $118,876 for those with over 2 years, plus production incentives.
- Receive a $10,000 signing bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package available from day one, including paid malpractice insurance, tail coverage, $3,000 for CME annually, two retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a Master's level Nursing Program or a CAHEA accredited Physician Assistant training program.
- Successful completion of certification and current licensure in Iowa as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant is required.
- Possession of an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
