Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained and grown. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and ensure products or services meet those expectations.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure client success.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and effectively to maintain trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, and communications.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role.
  • Minimum experience in transportation of 5 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Transportation, final mile specifically.
  • Project management skills and ability to multitask.
