Stone Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining an engaging and cooperative atmosphere. As part of a community health clinic, you'll actively contribute to a network of interdisciplinary professionals dedicated to comprehensive mental health care. The full-time schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet the needs of our clients.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their personal goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, actively participating in case conferences and treatment planning discussions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, while also engaging in regular clinical supervision to support professional development.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices to apply relevant therapeutic techniques and interventions effectively within treatment.

Our diverse client base includes individuals managing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction issues. As a counselor at Stone Path Counseling, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges, offering support through tailored, evidence-based interventions to foster recovery and improved well-being.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings, with proven success in fostering therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies relevant to mental health.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Integrity and commitment to ethical principles and client confidentiality in all interactions.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Background in working with special populations, including trauma survivors or individuals with substance use disorders.
• Documented participation in ongoing professional development and training activities.
