Renewed Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Renewed Path Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Managing therapeutic sessions in a manner that fosters trust, respect, and open communication, thereby encouraging clients to engage fully in their healing processes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and social workers to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Actively pursuing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health counseling.

You will provide therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your work will directly impact clients' lives, helping them navigate their struggles and achieve meaningful personal growth. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting, establishing a foundation for effective therapeutic practices.
• Extensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from all backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and proficiency in relevant software tools.

While not mandatory, specialization in areas such as trauma, family therapy, substance abuse counseling, or couples therapy is highly desirable. Candidates with such expertise will be better equipped to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
