Renewed Path Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Renewed Path Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Managing therapeutic sessions in a manner that fosters trust, respect, and open communication, thereby encouraging clients to engage fully in their healing processes.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and social workers to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Actively pursuing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health counseling.
