  • E-bike Instructor / Guide
  • Laser Tag Attendant

Secondary Roles of the E-bike Tour Guide and Laser Tag Attendant Include

  • Ice Rink Attendant (seasonal)

Responsibilities of the E-bike Tour Guide and Laser Tag Attendant Include
  • Oversee laser tag and e-bike rental operations
  • Lead guided e-bike tours throughout the property and trail system
  • Supervise guests during laser tag, e-bike activities, and pool usage
  • Maintain laser tag arena, e-bikes, and trail systems
  • Enforce and maintain all safety guidelines for each activity and location
  • Assess activity risks, considering weather conditions and guest abilities
  • Serve as a positive and professional ambassador of Steele Hill Resorts
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and confidently resolve concerns as they arise
  • Clean, organize, and properly store all equipment
  • Manage activity reservations and scheduling systems
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support resort operations
