Our nationally recognized patent litigation group represents both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings. Our attorneys' depth of technical and scientific expertise, combined with the understanding of our clients' business needs and related industries, allow us to adopt innovative strategies to obtain successful outcomes for our clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required and we encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.

The anticipated range for this position is:

$235,000 - $390,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
