About the Position

The Church at Quail Creek in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our multigenerational congregation with biblical conviction, spiritual maturity, and a heart for reaching the lost. We are a welcoming church family known for strong Life Group ministry, biblical preaching, and a renewed desire to impact our community with the gospel.

Qualifications
  • Deep authentic walk with God; prayerful, Spirit-led, and humble
  • Models a healthy family life with integrity and teachability
  • Preferred 5–20 years of pastoral ministry experience
  • Master’s-level seminary degree preferred

  • Deliver clear, engaging, Scripture-centered preaching
  • Cast compelling vision and lead collaboratively with staff, trustees, deacons, and ministry teams
  • Provide loving pastoral care and build relationships across generations
