What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing, while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience.
  • Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional
  • Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey
  • Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities
  • Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
  • Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge
