Summary: The holder of this position is expected to assist with recruiting, retaining, and advising international students at Goldey-Beacom College.

Department:ย Admissions

Education/Experience: Associate degree plus minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience in records management and/or a general administrative office environment.

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
Essential Functions:

International Admissions Operations:
โ€ขย ย  ย Process and review international application materials for completeness.
โ€ขย ย  ย Manage document collection including transcripts, passports, financial documentation, and English proficiency materials.
โ€ขย ย  ย Support I-20 preparation workflows and pre-processing activities.
โ€ขย ย  ย Monitor incomplete applications and conduct follow-up outreach.
โ€ขย ย  ย Maintain accurate student records within CRM and SIS platforms.Student Communication and Support:
โ€ขย ย  ย Respond to student inquires via email, phone, CRM, and messaging systems.
โ€ขย ย  ย Provide front-line support regarding admissions requirements, application status, deposit steps, and onboarding support.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Assist with appointment scheduling.
โ€ขย ย  ย Support and assist students through the application and admissions process.

Compliance and Administrative Support
โ€ขย ย  ย Assist with the preparation and organization related to visa statuses and requests to or from USCIS.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Maintain organized electronic student files and audit-ready records.
โ€ขย ย  ย Track required student documentation and compliance deadlines.
โ€ขย ย  ย Support CPT/OPT intake workflows and document collection.
โ€ขย ย  ย Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational audits.
โ€ขย ย  ย Monitor shared inboxes and communication queues.
