Managing stress, keeping up with changing routes or schedules, and handling unexpected situations like vehicle breakdowns or difficult passengers are also common. Effective communication, patience, and thorough knowledge of local roads are essential for success. Many employers provide training and support systems to help drivers handle these challenges, fostering a safer and more efficient work environment.
