Party Rental Warehouse Position Jobs (NOW HIRING)

PICK. PREP. STAGE. RESET. This is an active warehouse role where accuracy matters and every completed order supports a real client event. 

Help pick, prepare, stage, and reset the equipment that turns event plans into real celebrations.

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Classic Party Rentals of Virginia is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who likes staying active and seeing the results of a productive shift. You do not need previous event-rental experience. Experience in warehousing, moving, logistics, stocking, manufacturing, construction, or material handling can translate well to this role.

• $15-$18 per hour, with starting pay at $15 per hour.
• Potential bonus opportunities for qualifying event breakdown assignments, based on company policy and operational needs.
• Hands-on work with tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, catering equipment, decor, and other event-rental inventory.

• Pull rental equipment according to client orders and pull sheets.
• Count and verify inventory so orders are complete and accurate before they leave the warehouse.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and presentation.
• Organize and stage completed orders for delivery or client pickup.
• Load and unload rental equipment safely.
• Receive, sort, inspect, and process returned inventory.
• Clean equipment and return it to the correct warehouse location.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas.
• Assist other warehouse and Operations teams when needed and follow company safety and equipment-handling procedures.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality - the team needs to be able to count on you.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to count accurately.
• A willingness to work with urgency in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to accept coaching.
• Ownership of assigned work and a commitment to completing it correctly.
• Previous warehouse, event rental, moving, logistics, or material-handling experience is helpful, but not required.

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from the company facility.
• Ability to follow pull sheets, work instructions, safety procedures, and manager direction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This is an active, physical warehouse position. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet and handling rental equipment throughout the shift.

• Repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
• Team-lift or use appropriate equipment for heavier or oversized items.
• Work in warehouse conditions that may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy. Maintain schedule flexibility that may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturday mornings.

• $15-$18 per hour. Starting pay begins at $15 per hour.
