You will be the Int. Program Planner SeniorIntegrated Planning, Skunk WorksLevel 3 for the Skunk Works Integrated Planning Team which is responsible for delivering precise programplanning solutions that keep critical aerospace programs ontrack.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Int. Program Planner SeniorIntegrated Planning, Skunk WorksLevel 3 you will be responsible for leading the planning effort, developing and maintaining integrated schedules, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure mission success.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine integrated program schedules that reflect design, development, and sustainment phases.

  • Analyze task sequences, apply criticalpath methodology, and produce monthly variance analyses to identify and mitigate schedule risks.

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, businessmanagement, production, and quality teams to align milestones, resources, and delivery commitments.

  • Support Earned Value Management by providing accurate schedule data for performance reporting and baseline change control.

  • Identify gaps in planning processes and lead remediation actions that improve schedule reliability and predictability.
