Job description

Job Summary:
A Party Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from events while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere. Drivers ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while delivering an enjoyable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a party bus along scheduled routes and destinations.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable bus interior.

  • Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and event coordinators.

  • Monitor passenger behavior and address safety concerns when necessary.

  • Manage trip schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.

  • Complete required logs, reports, and vehicle documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger Endorsement (if required by state law).

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
