You'll bring massive energy, infectious enthusiasm, and seamless coordination to every party, making sure guests feel the thrill from the moment they walk in. This role is all about creating magical, high-energy moments where kids and families laugh, play, and make memories that last a lifetime. If you thrive on excitement, love being the center of the fun, and want to help deliver the most epic experiences in town, this is your perfect role!
Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Confirmation & Check-In • Confirm party details with hosts, complete waivers, process payments, and gear up every guest with wristbands and City Socks so the high-energy celebration can begin instantly.
  2. Guest Greeting & Communication • Welcome party guests with huge, contagious energy! Explain the event flow and be the friendly, high-spirited main point of contact that keeps the excitement going all day.
  3. Event Coordination & Flow • Lead birthday groups to their tables with enthusiasm, guide them through the attractions, and keep the party running on schedule while ensuring every moment is safe, fun, and packed with unforgettable thrills.
  4. Food & Supplies Oversight • Coordinate food service, keep tables fully stocked, and oversee delivery and setup so the party stays seamless and the good times keep rolling.
  5. Attraction Guidance & Safety • Demonstrate how to slide like pros with high energy, share the rules, and help guests navigate the park safely so everyone can dive into the action and create epic memories.
  6. Setup, Cleanup & Guest Satisfaction • Prep event spaces before guests arrive, maintain cleanliness and energy during the party, and handle teardown afterward. Make sure every host family feels completely supported and leaves saying "That was the best party ever!"

Qualifications
  • Prior guest-facing experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or recreation) preferred but not required

Work Schedule
