Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager with operational excellence, customer experience, hiring, talent development, employee management and engagement.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  This role assists the General Manager in all aspects of merchandising and inventory replenishment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  In this position you are responsible for helping to manage payroll and store profitability.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assistant Managers assist the General Manager with store planning, scheduling and task prioritization.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  As a store leader you are tasked with fostering a customer focused culture to exceed our customerโ€™s expectations.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Our Assistant Managers recruit, hire, coach, train and develop employees that do whatโ€™s right for both internal and external customers.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assistant Managers are responsible for helping create an environment that promotes associate engagement and retention.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Assistant Managers are responsible for making sure the store is always customer ready.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The replenishment process will require you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and endcap maintenance is required.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Climbing ladders is required to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ringing transactions on a register is required.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Utilization of our helium system to fulfill customer orders is required.
