We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Fulltime Monday- Friday 8am-5pm $18 /HR

Essential functions and responsibilities:
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, and reordering supplies.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Qualifications:
  • High School degree.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
