Job description

Part-time weekend position working 8-16 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday. 

Key Duties:

  • Assist with employee scheduling.
  • Find coverage for call-outs and staffing shortages.
  • Contact parents/guardians regarding schedule or program-related matters.
  • Maintain records and assist with administrative documentation.
  • Support residential leadership with various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous scheduling experience. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Reliable weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating employee schedules.
  • Experience working in healthcare, residential, educational or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Paycom or similar workforce management software.
