Job Summary
Wilson Community College is seeking part-time/adjunct faculty for class instruction as needed. After a review of qualifications, applicants may be contacted. Part-time/adjunct faculty provide quality, effective instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, temporary basis. Only qualified, credentialed applicants will be considered.
Salary: Salary is based on education.
Expected Work Hours: Flexible Scheduling
Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Emergency Medical Technician or Higher NCOEMS or NR Credential or degree in Emergency Medical Services (Science); other health care profession.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in pre-hospital care, including experience with 911 emergency services and instructional roles (certified or candidate NCOEMS Level I or Level II instructor).
  • AEMT instructor applicants must hold a Level I or Level II Advanced EMT Instructor certification, or be certified as a Paramedic Instructor.
  • Paramedic instructor applicants must possess a Level I or Level II Paramedic Instructor certification.
