Looking for a part-time job where you can come to work each day excited about what you do? UW Credit Union’s UW- Milwaukee Branch is hiring a Part-Time Teller and we want YOU to apply!

As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union’s members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you!


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist members at the UW-Milwaukee branch, representing UW Credit Union.
  • Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
  • Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
  • Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
  • Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
  • Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
  • Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
  • Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
