Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams
  • 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
  • 3+ years of experience architecture and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) and/or equivalent professional training & work experience
  • A deep understanding in designing, developing, and operating software at scale (object oriented design and service oriented architecture (SOA))
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux, and programming language like C++, Java, JavaScript, AWS, Cloud, Azure, etc.
  • Experience in program development and steering cloud migration programs such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Extensive experience and proficient understanding of enterprise‑level Agile Software Development Lifecycle and program management tools including Confluence, Jira, and Smart‑sheet.
  • A proven track‑record in meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, maintaining attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Has fun looking after multiple priorities in an ever‑changing environment
