How do part-time software developers typically balance project deadlines and workload with reduced hours?

Part-time software developers often coordinate closely with their teams to ensure tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are realistic given their limited availability. Effective communication and setting expectations with both management and colleagues are crucial for managing workload. Many part-time developers use project management tools to track progress and prioritize tasks, which helps maintain productivity without overextending themselves.
