A part-time sales associate earning $25 an hour works fewer hours than full-time employees, typically around 20-30 hours per week, and earns an hourly wage of $25. This pay rate is above the national minimum wage and may reflect experience, location, or store policies. Such roles often require customer service skills and may include flexible scheduling.
