Job description

We are seeking experienced On-Call Cell Phone Repair Technician's to join our growing team. This role is ideal for technicians who already have hands-on mobile device repair experience and are looking for flexible, on-demand work with guaranteed baseline pay through a retainer-based compensation structure.


This is an on-call position. Work availability varies and is best suited for technicians looking to supplement income between other jobs or commitments.

Responsibilities


  • Diagnose and repair common hardware and software issues on mobile devices
  • Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, and other common repairs
  • Accurately assess repair needs and communicate findings clearly
  • Follow company repair standards and procedures
  • Provide professional, customer-facing service during repair appointments
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members
  • Properly handle tools, parts, and devices during disassembly and reassembly

Requirements (Experience Required)

  • Proven experience repairing smartphones (iOS and/or Android devices)
  • Ability to complete common repairs independently and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of phone components and repair workflows
  • Comfortable working on multiple phone models and brands
  • Reliable transportation and ability to respond to on-call requests
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
