Pay Rate: $18.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, delivery personnel, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries entering the food and beverage location in accordance with site procedures; document and report prohibited items or unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials as required, and direct guests to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated interior areas, exterior grounds, delivery areas, and the perimeter; report maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
