A Day in Your Life: Greet every patient and visitor like they’re the most important person in the room, because they are.Manage a busy appointment calendar with finesse, sending friendly reminders by phone, text, or email so no one misses their moment.Field incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, directing urgent matters like a pro and keeping the flow smooth.Check patients in and out, process payments, and answer questions so everyone feels cared for and informed.Help fill out forms, keep patient records accurate and up to date, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.Support our medical team by prepping paperwork, scanning documents, and helping wherever you’re needed.Handle tricky situations calmly and professionally, always with a smile.

Plus, as a Medical Assistant, you’ll also:

Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and weight.Prepare patients and exam rooms for medical procedures.Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.Collect specimens for lab testing and ensure proper labeling.Administer injections or medications as directed by the provider (if certified).Maintain inventory of medical supplies and keep exam rooms stocked.Ensure patient confidentiality and follow all clinic protocols to keep everyone safe.

What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience working in a medspa, luxury spa, or similar client-focused environment.Experience in a client-first clinic, med spa, or similar environment (sales skills? Even better!).Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and a knack for multitasking without missing a beat.Tech-savvy with a solid handle on computers, EMR systems, and typing fast.A natural communicator who loves connecting with people and making their day better.
