Wachter is accepting applications for a part-time receptionist in our Lowell office to work the noon to 5 pm shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.

Requirements:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be available to work noon to 5 pm.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in the use of an accounting software package.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors, and notify who they are here to see.
  • Helping visitors navigate through our office.
  • Coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the department.
  • Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Ordering office supplies and placing them in the office supply stock room.
  • Assist the purchasing team with entering/updating hardware pricing in accounting software.
  • Answer phones and direct calls.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks that the manager assigns.
